You can also track your order directly on our website. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Your Account: Go to the Smart Cleaning Products website and log into your account.
  2. Visit "My Orders": Once logged in, navigate to the "My Orders" section under your account settings.
  3. Find Your Order: Locate the order you want to track, and click on the "Track Order" button to view real-time updates on the status of your shipment.

3. Delivery Status

  • In Transit: Your package is on its way and is being handled by the carrier. You can check the tracking number to see the latest updates on the expected delivery date.
  • Out for Delivery: Your order is on its way to you and should be delivered by the end of the day.
  • Delivered: Your package has been successfully delivered. Please check your delivery location and with any neighbors in case it was left in a safe spot.
  • Exception or Delay: If there is an issue with your delivery, such as a delay or address problem, the carrier’s tracking system will provide an update with more details. Please contact the carrier directly if you have any concerns.
