1. Return Eligibility

You may return most products within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
  • The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products marked as final sale, clearance items, or personal care items (such as air purifiers, mops, etc.) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. How to Return a Product

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service Team: Please email us at support@smartcleaningproducts.com or use our Live Chat on the website to request a return authorization (RA) number. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Once you receive an RA number, carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defective product or a mistake on our part.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For most returns, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  • Free Returns: If your item is defective or damaged, or if we made an error with your order, we will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • We will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • If you paid via a gift card or store credit, your refund will be issued as store credit.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our error or a defective product.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately upon receiving the product (within 7 days) with photos of the damage or defect.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including the return shipping costs.
  • If the product is beyond repair or cannot be replaced, we will issue a refund for the full purchase amount, including shipping.

6. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Non-returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Personal care products (such as air purifiers, mops, etc.)
  • Items marked as non-returnable during the purchase process (e.g., clearance or final sale items).
